So she’s “a little different” …but who is she?

Lisa Taylor-Franke is a native of Crawfordsville, Indiana, and grew 
up in her present home on the east side of town. She is the daughter 
of Joseph (Archie) and Maria Taylor.  Her Taylor family history in 
Crawfordsville has been successfully traced back to the Taylor 
pioneers of the early 1800’s.  Needless to say, Crawfordsville is home!

It’s due to this deeply rooted past and the friendships she has 
developed over her life in Crawfordsville, that she actively 
participates in the community to ensure it is continually growing 
and prospering as a place for her children to grow and perhaps have 
a successful future, too.

Lisa is married to Jim Franke and they have two children, Kaitlin 
and Conner.  Both children are in the Crawfordsville school system 
and active in various sports, clubs, and other extracurricular 
activities.


  Lisa's career prior to real estate was in information technology.  She has worked for various Fortune 500 companies 
  (R.R. Donnelley, Macmillan Publishing, Western Publishing and Waste Management), successfully applying technology to 
  solve problems. She is an organized leader who agressively pursues her goals.  Her academic background includes both 
  a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University and graduating Phi Beta Kappa
  with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Indiana University.

  Her approach to real estate is to leverage information technology in a manner that enhances the opportunities for 
  buyers and sellers to achieve their personal real estate goals.  Lisa’s commitment, integrity, and passion are 
  apparent in everything she tackles in life.  She enjoys coaching others to achieve their goals and views the real 
  estate industry as an opportunity to share her enthusiasm for Crawfordsville with others.
	
  In 2006, her first full year as a Realtor, Lisa was recognized for her performance by achieving REMAX Executive Club 
  status.  Lisa went on to obtain her Associate Broker license in early 2007.
