So she’s “a little different” …but who is she?
Lisa Taylor is a native of Crawfordsville, Indiana, and grew up in her present home on the east side of town. She is the daughter of Joseph (Archie) and Maria Taylor. Her Taylor family history in Crawfordsville has been successfully traced back to the Taylor pioneers of the early 1800’s. Needless to say, Crawfordsville is home!
It’s due to this deeply rooted past and the friendships she has developed over her life in Crawfordsville, that she actively participates in the community to ensure it is continually growing and prospering as a place for her children to grow and perhaps have a successful future, too.
Lisa's career prior to real estate was in information technology. She has worked for various Fortune 500 companies (R.R. Donnelley, Macmillan Publishing, Western Publishing and Waste Management), successfully applying technology to solve problems. She is an organized leader who agressively pursues her goals. Her academic background includes both a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University and graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
Her approach to real estate is to leverage information technology in a manner that enhances the opportunities for buyers and sellers to achieve their personal real estate goals. Lisa’s commitment, integrity, and passion are apparent in everything she tackles in life. She enjoys coaching others to achieve their goals and views the real estate industry as an opportunity to share her enthusiasm for Crawfordsville with others.
In 2006, her first full year as a Realtor, Lisa was recognized for her performance by achieving RE/MAX Executive Club status and Rookie of the Year for the Crawfordsville office. Lisa obtained her Associate Broker license in early 2007. Lisa continues to be recognized by RE/MAX annually for her sales performance in both the residential and commercial markets. Lisa was the 2008 Vice-Chair of the Montgomery County Board of Realtors and participated in various committees. Lisa was the 2009 Chair of the Montgomery County Board of Realtors and is a 2008-2009 Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtor's Real Estate Leadership Academy Fellow. As of end of 1st quarter 2010, Lisa was listed as one of the TOP 100 Residential RE/MAX Agents in Indiana.
